Mynt Equities has acquired a 55,000-square-foot industrial property located at 66 East 26th Street in Paterson, New Jersey, for $4.6 million.
The off-market transaction, completed on August 3, 2026, equates to approximately $84 per square foot. The property is currently occupied by a Nasdaq-listed tenant.
Joseph Smouha of Mynt Equities represented the buyer in the transaction, while Andrew Levinson was the seller. Cole Malinowski and Devin Foderaro of Vivid Arc Group at Keller Williams Realty facilitated the sale.
The acquisition further expands Mynt Equities’ industrial portfolio across Northern New Jersey. For more than 20 years, the company has acquired, managed and repositioned industrial properties through its fully integrated, owner-operated platform.
